Jaloni Garner is a second-year student and starting guard for the Chemeketa Storm men’s basketball team. Garner leads the conference in scoring with 26.6 points per game. Prior to attending Chemeketa, Garner played basketball at Eastern Wyoming College. Garner hopes to continue playing basketball after his time at Chemeketa and is currently earning his degree in Communications.

For the upcoming Fall term, Chemeketa plans to split the Math and Science department, a choice coming in the wake of a budget crisis which has caused the school to lay-off multiple employees.
